  • Craig David achieved his first UK Top 10 hit in nine years in early 2016 with "When The Bassline Drops."

The follow-up single has a double meaning: As well as being about rekindling a former romance, the lyrics also serve as a nod to the former garage star seizing his second chance. "I didn't know if the opportunity would come in the way that it has," David told Digital Spy. "I didn't expect this overwhelming love - especially here in the UK."

He added: "Every day it feels like a blessing to see how many things have fell into place and how many people gave me the opportunity to go into the studio and work with them to show them that I'm capable of still writing songs."
